When all efforts to collect the debt are exhausted, a detailed report is provided to you and a recommendation is made to determine if the claim is suit worthy. If the claim is suit worthy, a lawsuit may be filed after the case review. If an answer to the complaint is filed, we will move quickly to resolve the issues and settle the case.

Throughout the collection process you will receive status reports. These reports may be customized to your specifications.
